A finely carved group of figures in a dense hard wood. Shiva stands on a raised floor with a pair of ornately decorated dragons on both side of her on a lower floor level, sitting behind, cross-legged on a stool is an elderly male figure.
21 cm tall, (nr: 8.25 inches)
Condition: fine, old dry patina on Shiva and the dragons, some darkening on the male figure and dragon tails suggesting it was gripped and carried or picked up by these carvings. A couple of very small chips to the crown of the dragon on Shiva’s left side.
