Stoneware pottery teapot signed Peascod in two places and dated 1974, 20cm tall.

Alan Peascod (1943-2007) started his career training at the Eastern Sydney Technical College. An interest in Anglo-Orental and Islamic ceramics saw him travel widely. Later studing and teaching at centres about Europe. He established the ceramics department of the Canberra School of Art in 1973.
